how 2 return your order?

We want to spread stardust and magic vibes to all. But if you are not fully convinced of your order, you can exchange it or return it by taking the following steps: 

1. Send us an e-mail at hello@elleandrapha.com within 14 days after the day of delivery. Explain what you would like to do with the items that you have received and please also mention your order number. 
   🎄 X-mas returns: orders from December can be exchanged until January 14, 2024.
2. After our confirmation, send back your order to us (on your expense), and we will send you the new item(s) back for free. Shipping address: elle and rapha, Mechelsesteenweg 1-3, 2540 Hove, Belgium. Please follow the instructions that you have received in your e-mail.
3. The original shipping costs are not included in case of refund of an order.
4. For the ladies, please try on your magic piece but be careful for make-up stains. In case of make-up stains we can unfortunately not refund or exchange your purchase.
5. The items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Items are returned at your own risk. It is up to you to prove that the relevant package was sent back to us.
