Rest assured, we will not keep you waiting any longer than needed.* Once we finish our little celebration dance after receiving your order, we get right on it and we aim to ship your magic vibes item(s) the next three working days. 

Pick up: if you select "pick-up in Hove" at checkout, you will be notified by email when your order is ready. Pick-up is possible between 09-17h at Mechelsesteenweg 1-3, 2540 Hove. 

Pre-order items are shipped when they are in stock. Indicative timings are listed on the product pages on our website, but are not a guarantee for delivery at that time. If you shop other items together with your pre-order, we will ship your full order when the pre-order item is in stock. If you wish to receive the first part of your order sooner, please contact us to arrange additional shipping.
 
Gift cards are sent digitally. If you want, we can send a pretty physical gift card (shipping costs apply) - just let us know! When you use your gift card, free shipping to Belgium or the Netherlands will apply to your order when the total order amount is 125 EUR or more.

Wrong address? In case you entered the wrong address at checkout and the order has been shipped to that address, the customer will have to cover the additional cost of shipment to the correct address. If the initial order with the wrong address is not returned and the customer wishes to receive the order at the correct address, the entire order has to be placed and paid again by the customer.

We offer standard shipping to most European countries. Want to ship to somewhere else? Get in touch and tell us which exotic place elle and rapha is travelling to ;-) We can make it happen!

*The secret of patience is to do something else in the meantime. Build a pancake tower, free up some more closet space, or binge watch your guilty pleasure tv show, while counting down the hours until your face to face encounter with the delivery person.
